Redeemable only by users aged 18 or older holding an adult account for PSN registered in the U.S. PSN wallet funds can be used by the redeeming account holder (and their child Family Member accounts) to pay for items in the PS Store available to U.S. account holders.

Refund Policy

Digit PSN gift cards you bought on our PSNgiftcard.store:

Please be note that all  digit PSN gift cards you bought on PSNgiftcard.store is a final, non-cancellable action. All digit gift cards on PSNgiftcard.store are non-refundable. Please consider it as a final purchase. As a retailer, PSNgiftcard.store is unable to do anything to your PSN account details.

 

If You bought PSN gift cards on PSN official store:

As they are considered final sale, you might get a refund if unused and within 14 days, though it's generally hard; if unused, contact the retailer where you bought the physical card first; otherwise, contact PlayStation Support, but expect refunds for items bought with the card to be tricky.

Items Purchased with Gift Card Funds:

Vouchers/Subscriptions: Refunds for PS Plus or game voucher codes are difficult and often denied once redeemed or if you've started downloading.

Games/DLC: You can request refunds for games/DLC within 14 days if you haven't downloaded or streamed them; otherwise, only if faulty.

How to Request a Refund If You bought PSN gift cards on PSN official store (If Applicable):

Go to the PlayStation Store Refund Page on a web browser.

Select the type of content and follow prompts to contact PlayStation Support via live chat or phone.

Be prepared with account details (PSN ID, DOB, proof of purchase).

Bottom Line: Treat PSN gift cards as final purchases; they are non-refundable by Sony once activated or purchased from another retailer.
